call it a comeback

Hello again world! After a year and a half I’ve decided to revive my blog. Although I didn’t miss the pressure I placed on myself to blog, I missed having my own home on the web.

Above is a picture of me during one of our 3 exciting trips last year. So far, I’ve only had time to get partially through Spain. More Seville pictures to come on Flickr, as well as Madrid, London and New York.

Lots of good things have happened in my life since I’ve been gone, the most important being that I am pregnant! Don’t worry, I’m not turning this into a mommy blog if you’re worried about that. I don’t plan on over-sharing or over-blogging in general, really. I’ll post when it feels right. Otherwise, this will be a place I can point to and say it’s mine.

Pecan Flan will be put to rest soon. To spare myself and readers from the paragraphs it would take to explain, the simplest way to say it is that it has become an obligation more than a place of enjoyment. Thank you for your visits and comments for almost 4 years.
